Code of Conduct

Our Restaurant’s Code of Conduct
At Blue Room, we strive to create a warm, inviting space where everyone feels welcome. We want to ensure our spaces are prioritized for use by our customers and partners. Our Code of Conduct is designed to provide clarity that our spaces – including our restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlours, patios and restrooms – are for use by customers and partners.

Welcome to Blue Room!
We’re thrilled to have you here and hope you feel at home in our restaurants, ice cream parlors, and patios.

To ensure a comfortable and respectful experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these simple guidelines:

  • Respect the space and atmosphere. No misuse or disruption of our spaces. Enjoy our spaces responsibly and help us keep the environment pleasant by being mindful of noise, including phone conversations, videos, and music. For calls, please step outside or use headphones instead of speakerphone.
  • Treat everyone with kindness and courtesy. We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward staff or guests.
  • Supervise children. Families are always welcome, and we ask that children remain supervised for their safety and the comfort of others.
  • Respect our shared space. Seating & restrooms are intended for dining guests. Please avoid occupying tables for extended periods without ordering so everyone has a chance to enjoy.
  • Food and substances. Outside food, drinks, and alcohol are not permitted. Smoking, vaping, or drug use is not allowed on the premises.
  • Pets. Service animals are always welcome. Non-service pets are not permitted or may be welcome only in designated patio areas.
  • Respect for community. Please refrain from panhandling or disruptive behavior while on our premises.

If any concerns arise, our team is here to help. In rare cases where these guidelines aren’t followed, we may ask individuals to leave in order to maintain the welcoming environment we value. When necessary, we may also request assistance from security or law enforcement.

Thank you for being a part of our community!
